Uses

  • Benzene and ethylene can be used to produce styrene.
  • Benzene and Propylene can produce acetone and phenol.
  • It is also used in the manufacture of nitrobenzene, salicylic acid, trinitrobenzene, organic chemicals, synthetic dyes, dry cleaners, and solvents.
