Benzene is an aromatic, volatile and transparent liquid with specific gravity 0.876g/cm3 and boiling point 78.3°C. It is one of the basic raw materials for the petrochemical industry. The company has been operating since 1998 and currently has an annual production capacity of 1.33 million tons.
Uses
- Benzene and ethylene can be used to produce styrene.
- Benzene and Propylene can produce acetone and phenol.
- It is also used in the manufacture of nitrobenzene, salicylic acid, trinitrobenzene, organic chemicals, synthetic dyes, dry cleaners, and solvents.
