Ortho-xylene is a colorless, transparent liquid with aromatic odor, specific gravity 0.896g/cm3 and boiling point 144.4°C. It is one of the basic raw materials for the petrochemical industry. The company has been operating since 1998 and currently has an annual production capacity of 480,000 tons.
- Ortho-xylene is mainly used to produce phthalic anhydride (PA).
- Ortho-xylene can be used for the production of dyes, insecticides and solvents.
